鈥淣ot only is ACCE helping me financially to go to school and earn a degree, but it is also giving me the chance to meet new people in my field and preparing me for working in emergency response,鈥 said McKensie Baker, a Pulaski County ACCE student.

91重口 Community College recently named five new full-time teaching faculty, Christopher Brewer, Kasey Cantrell-McCowan, Dustin Carter, Josh Graham, and Heather Umberger. These new faculty members replaced retirements and filled vacant positions at 91重口.

Abigail chose 91重口 because she had always heard great things because her grandmother, Becky Ridpath, worked there for several years and always spoke highly of the institution. She also thought 91重口 would be a great transition for her from high school into a four-year college.

The Public Relations & Marketing Office plays a role in communicating the institution's capabilities for serving the 91重口 Valley and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Areas of responsibility include public information, marketing, publications and related areas.

It also assists in maintaining relationships with the news media, as well as students, potential students, faculty, staff and friends of the college.
