The GED (General Educational Development) test is a computer-based exam offered at 91重口 through Pearson Vue. Testing is held throughout the year on various days and times. To test at one of our sites, you will select 91重口 Dublin or 91重口 Christiansburg when scheduling your exam.

Virginia allows people as young as 16 years old who meet qualification guidelines to take the GED test.
In Virginia, you can take the individual subjects one at a time. The exam consists of four tests (reasoning through language arts, science, social studies, and math). Because of time constraints, you can often take no more than two tests in a day.
Yes. The passing score is 145 for each subject. You may re-test in only those subjects you did not successfully pass.
There is no waiting requirement between the first three test attempts. After the third attempt, test-takers must wait 60-days before they can test again.
Adult Education classes are taught by trained instructors. Classes are free and available in the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski and the city of Radford.
You must score 145 or higher per test subject to pass and qualify for a Virginia GED certificate.
